As the coaching industry continues to grow and expand, it's important to speak up about the injustice and the privilege that's been unfolding. In order to keep the integrity of this industry centered on service and purity, in this episode, I get radically honest about how the industry has catered to those of privilege by being centered around greed, status, and fame. It goes without saying that spiritual teachers are the new celebrity. What's important is that we remember why we started in the first place, to help heal the world and the collective at large.
